Shipping

Most orders ship in 2-3 business days. You will receive an email and/or text confirmation with tracking information once it has shipped, so you can monitor your order’s progress. Shipping is currently available to US addresses only. Shipping rates, as well as available shipping methods, will vary depending upon the specific items purchased, the size of your order, and the delivery location. Shipping options will be presented to you during checkout after you have entered a shipping address. You may be provided an estimated transit time or delivery date, however this is only an estimate and cannot be guaranteed. In some cases, items in your order will ship separately. This is noted in the shop listings.

Delayed and Missing Orders

All orders require a 30-business-day waiting period from ship date to ensure the parcel is not just delayed en route. After this time, if your order has not been received and the tracking link states that it was not delivered, your order will be considered lost in transit. You can then reach out to us at shop@thehumaneleague.org about a lost package, and we will send a replacement or issue a refund. If an order’s tracking shows a successful delivery but your parcel is still missing, we recommend contacting the carrier (your local post office, UPS, etc.) for assistance. We are unable to offer a replacement item if tracking shows your package was delivered.
