Refund policy
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
All sales are final. Items cannot be exchanged and no returns will be accepted unless the item you purchased was damaged during shipping or the wrong item was sent to you, in which case full refunds will be honored. To receive a refund, the issue must be reported within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date and the item will need to be returned in the original condition in which it was received. To report damaged or wrong items received, please send an email to shop@thehumaneleague.org, with your name, order number, details of the issue, and a photo of the item. You will receive a response within three business days with instructions on how to return the item. Refunds will be made via your original payment method. Credit card refunds will be made within 10 business days of receiving and approving the returned item. You will see this credit on your credit card statement.
Free replacement items will be honored on any of our custom printed items, if upon receipt the item is found to be misprinted (printing is skewed, distorted, or incorrect). Follow the same steps as above for incorrect or damaged items to report a misprinted custom product. Our custom products are printed just for you when you place your order and are noted as such in the individual product listings. Replacements for custom product orders will be issued at the discretion of The Humane League.

Order Changes and Cancellations
We will make every attempt to change or cancel your order upon request. Please contact us as soon as possible by sending an email to shop@thehumaneleague.org with your name, order number, and the details of your request. If your order has already been shipped, we will not be able to make changes or cancel your order. Some of our products are custom printed just for you when you place your order. Any changes to a custom order must be processed before an item enters the production phase. This happens typically within 1-2 business days. Regrettably, once a custom item is in production, we are unable to make any changes or cancel the order. If you cancel your custom order in production, you will still be responsible for the cost. Our custom printed items are noted as such in the product listings.
